Insulated Impact Doors

The Phoenix Series insulated impact doors include the HD and RD models, along with the all-new Phoenix ˚C˚F - ˚Cooler ˚Freezer Impact Door, and are all constructed with a patent-pending design providing unmatched strength and stability. • Polyiso foam core with bonded composite frame

• ABS face sheets permanently fused to internal frame and core, eliminating the threat of moisture penetration

• Full length, reinforced spine for added strength

• V-Cam top hinge has 230º swing radius, 115º in each direction

• Full perimeter gasket

Phoenix ˚C˚F

Introducing the all-new Phoenix ˚C˚F Insulated ˚Cooler ˚Freezer Impact Door specifically developed for cooler and freezer openings! Great care was taken in the design of this door to prevent thermal transfer issues. The Phoenix ˚C˚F is the only cooler freezer impact door on the market with a fiberglass spine and composite hinges, which provide a proper thermal break between temperature controlled environments. With a 4” panel thickness, dual blade gaskets, and an argon filled dual pane window unit, the Phoenix ˚C˚F takes energy efficiency to a whole new level.

The Phoenix HD Heavy Duty Insulated Impact Door is specifically designed to be the toughest impact door on the market! With a composite internal structure, ABS surface, and 4” projection energy absorbing bumpers, the Phoenix HD can easily handle forklift traffic for unrivaled long-term performance. Ideal for locations where motorized traffic is present, including industrial, pharmaceutical, cold storage, and food processing.
